You can usually find cheaper rates on airfare when flying into Orlando, though it's hard to argue with the convenient location of the Daytona Beach Airport. Orlando is only about an hour's drive from Daytona Beach, so the commute won't be that bad if you fly into Orlando instead. Whether you fly into the airport in Daytona Beach or the airport in Orlando, plenty of great area attractions await you. There's something for everyone in central Florida, which is why it's one of the state's top regions to escape to.
